West Coast Park Review

WCP is seriously nice. Can't believe it took me so long to go there for the first time. It can actually tie with ECP as my favorite place in singapore, if not win it. While ECP still wins hands down in terms of beachy things....but WCP gives a more intimate feeling. Like it's meant for people you are comfortable with. And I think it's a good place to people watch. Kids are really really cute. And a lot of dogs. The sight of this mum trying to help her toddler walk the puppy really melted my heart. I found myself thinking if only I could take a photo of that (since I was talking about taking up photography with yezi earlier on..can you imagine a photo of that in my portfolio?).

And West Coast people are seriously the friendliest people in Singapore I think. While finding my way there, I asked for directions a couple of times and each time the people's vibes are really good and they have the best smiles in singapore. In the park, people keep smiling at me, especially the dog owners and the mums..maybe coz i kept perving at their dogs and their kids. HAHA.

I think one day...If I do take up photography..I'll do a project on the smiles of West Coast. haha.

Scenery in West Coast...personally I like it better than East Coast in a way. True, it's cluttered. but the lights at night are nice. And it feels so majestic, the structures..the vessels are really mesmerising. And unlike in East Coast, everything is so much closer to you in West Coast. Once again, the intimate feel.

I think...I might do some stuff with West Coast in the near future...portfolio or not. haha.

Other events in the day included going to roger's house...which was quite uneventful coz all i did was eat lunch and watch roger try to beat jared on the gooey game. Roger's dad is interesting to talk to though haha. I like talking to him. Afternoon was BCA career fair with yezi...mark and roger went along...and we met natalie there too. Listening to them talking about portfolio makes me seriously stressed lah. haha. still have time. yes.

And I learnt how to identify Canis Major at WCP today! hurray! i really wanna see Taurus in full at least once though. >.< and i think i really like sirus a lot. so bright. =D
