POST-SDMA

I haven't been blogging for so long. Partially due to SDMA, but also coz I don't want to blog.

SDMA video was screwed. I won't comment too much on it, since it's the work of all the other members in my group too. But I really really hate our final product. Mr Yeo said that he found it ok, so maybe it's just me. But I totally hate it. I feel regret in fact. It's a one chance thing. If I don't pursue film in the future, it's probably the last production I'll ever be involved in? So I really hate the fact that it's such a slipshod work. To admit the truth, I was kinda hoping for a miracle. That somehow, we'll have something wonderful and marvelous churned out. But it was not meant to be. HAIZ.

Nevertheless, we spent so much effort in this, I gotta be proud. It was a scare earlier on. I thought I wouldn't make it to MOE in time for submission. And took taxi. It turned out that I didn't really have to rush. The officer in-charge for SDMA works only from Monday to Friday, so all submissions today will be placed in the MOE mailbox, which will only get cleared on Monday 9am. Teams reading this...if you missed the time, you can just put it in before 9am Monday and it'll probably get submitted too. Kinda cheating actually, since official dateline is today. haha.

I learnt a lot from the SDMA experience. But I really don't wanna blog it here. Or don't have the courage to. Maybe I'll write in my livejournal...when I'm in the mood.

Went to Chuntsen's BBQ last night. It felt kinda weird, since I was the only J1 there. There were 2 people that I didn't know too. But overall it was fun. Cheered me up considerably in fact, since I was feeling rather depressed over SDMA and some other incident. Kangwei went to buy ice and some super cheap wine (10 bucks!) which turned out awful. haha. We had fun throwing ice down kinkit's back though! =P Kinkit kena "iced" the most i think. haha.
I think I'll really miss the seniors when they are gone. Now who am I gonna KACHA when I'm bored in school? haha. But considering next year's A Levels year, I suppose I won't have much time to be bored and roaming around school anymore. haha.

I should probably post something dedicated to the seniors, but that'll wait lah. (GASP. some J2s going NS next week!!!! None of my seniors, not that I know of anyway. That's good. Yay!)

I've been rethinking a lot of stuff recently. About how certain trends develop in my life and such. And how I could have avoided the repetition of some of these stuff in my life. I have no discipline...not strong enough a will sometimes to avoid what could have been avoided. I hate myself for that.
Even though I liked myself better this year, overall rating for myself ish still negative. I'm still so far off from being likable.(Raphael's theory does not convince me.)

Every new day shall be better! One day, it'll actually become good. Yesh.
